If something is tedious, repetitive, or doesn't exist yet, I'll probably build a tool for it.
every dot is one of my repos, connected by similarity.

I find problems that annoy me, then I build things to fix them.
Payroll systems, email pipelines, file processing: if you're doing it by hand, I'll automate it.
Practical AI tools, not demos. On-device OCR, translation, and vision with Apple Intelligence and Ollama, plus RAG and LLM pipelines.
Python, Swift, JavaScript: whatever the problem needs. Native macOS apps, real-time web tools, desktop apps, Streamlit backends.
From ML models to LLM-powered tools, turning data into insights and building intelligent systems.
Things I've built that I'm proud of.
Circle to Search, but native to the Mac. Hit a hotkey and drag a box around anything on screen: copy the text out of it, translate it in place, ask AI about it, identify objects, scan QR codes, pick colors. Local by default: Apple Intelligence and Ollama run on-device, and nothing leaves the machine unless you opt in. Shipped as a signed menu-bar app with 15+ releases.
Turns a phone into a real-time motion source for any computer: orientation, gyro, and two-way haptics stream over a local HTTPS + WebSocket link. Quaternion-based and gimbal-lock free, with per-device auto-calibration. Installs as a PWA; zero frontend frameworks.
A macOS desktop app for managing Android files over ADB. Built because the official tool is terrible. Drag-and-drop, batch operations, clean UI.
Generates PDF payslips from Excel data and bulk-emails them to employees. Handles overtime, allowances, company branding, dry-run mode, and ZIP export.
Static frontend on GitHub Pages with a real backend: the contact form writes to Supabase, an AI drafts a reply, and I get pinged on Telegram, where I can also flip the theme or push the announcement banner from my phone. Hosting cost: $0.

Well, you closed everything.
Guess I need to start building new projects again.
